The FM+ 650 Battery sits at the intersection of runtime, weight and cost, and is the go-to option for Gen2.5 Fusion and MAX+ units. With 648Wh of capacity, Foil Drive’s 43V architecture delivers powerful, consistent thrust and endurance for extended surf sessions, upwind/downwind runs, wake riding, pumping, flatwater starts and light eFoiling. It works across Fusion and MAX+ setups: add the FM+ Battery Adaptor for Fusion, while MAX+ riders get the highest-capacity battery and Fusion riders gain a lighter, more manoeuvrable option.

Gen2.5 Battery Technology allows deeper cycle performance, delivering full power down to ~10% battery before normal sag. Charging: requires the 43V Charger supplied with Fusion or MAX+; averages 85 minutes and includes Storage Mode. Store at 30–60% SoC. Intelligent Bluetooth Module (BMS) provides accurate data to the V3 Controller and Foil Drive App, including battery naming, health and SoC. One-piece molded design unifies battery and nose cone for sealing, water flow, durability and balanced weight over the foil’s centre of lift. Internal thermal management keeps temperature stable for consistent power and smooth thrust from start to finish.

Fusion 860 Battery
The Fusion 860 Battery delivers long-range power, efficiency, and intelligent management, providing 40% more thrust and 2x the runtime of a MAX Power Battery. Built on a 43V architecture with 864Wh capacity, its one-piece molded battery and nose cone improve water flow, durability, and balance over the foil’s centre of lift. The Intelligent Bluetooth Module (BMS) reports battery percentage, status, health, and live State of Charge to the V3 Controller and Foil Drive App. Internal thermal management maintains stable temperature and consistent power. The Battery Caddy protects the battery, supports Storage Mode, and includes USB-A and USB-C charging ports. Requires a 43V Charger; average charge time is 120 minutes. Store at 30–60% State of Charge (SoC).
