Shipping policy
General Policy
- New, in-stock items are shipped within 1 business day.
- Used items sometimes will require extra time to ship. Please call us for additional info on a specific used item.
- Out of stock items are drop shipped by a distributor, shipping times vary but normally do not take more than 5 business days domestically.
- Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as the order ships.
For security reasons, some orders may require scanned copies of documents to validate buyer's identity as well as additional verifications through your credit card company.
Domestic (Contiguous US) - Free Shipping on orders over $149
- Free domestic shipping via FedEx or US Post Priority service is available on packages (**some exclusions apply**) which contain over $99 of new gear (non used, non clearance). To use domestic free shipping, choose "Free Shipping" option. If free shipping is chosen, the order will be shipped via FedEx, US Post Priority, USPS First Class or Parcel Post. We will choose the least expensive method. Do not use this option if you would like your order to be shipped via any other service. Free Shipping option does not include insurance and may not include tracking.
- FedEx Home Delivery, 2 Day, 2 Day AM and Priority Overnight as well as US Post Priority and Express services are available at extra cost.
- Shipping to PO Boxes can only be done via US Post and therefore is not eligible for free shipping. We can wave this rule for larger orders.

Domestic (Contiguous US) - Flat Rate Shipping Items
- $30 Flat Rate Shipping - wing booms such as the Duotone Foil Wing Boom, Duotone Foil Wing Miniboom, etc. This fee may be waived when purchasing the boom with a wing.
- $50 Flat Rate Shipping - surfboards, foilboards, inflatable wing boards, and oversized board bags.
- $150 Flat Rate Shipping - Small / Medium Sizes Wing / foilboards
- $225 Flat Rate Shipping - Large Wing / Foil boards
Hawaii - "Hawaii Shipping Quote"
Shipping quotes to Hawaii are very inaccurate, in most cases providing extremely high shipping costs to the user at checkout. Many times we can use flat rate boxes or get creative to keep shipping costs down.
For all Hawaii shipments after check out, we will reach out to you via email with an accurate and the best priced shipping options we can find. Shipping will show as free at checkout, but it is not free, shipping will be added before it ships out.
FedEx Home Delivery shipping times:

USPS Priority Domestic shipping times:
USPS shipping times are not guaranteed and are also the most likely shipping service to be delayed or lost.
We do not recommend using this option for high value items.
Change of Address Policy – $25 Fee
If you enter an incorrect shipping address or need to update the destination, please contact us immediately.

Before shipment leaves our shop: We can often update the address at no cost.

After shipment leaves our shop: Carriers charge a $25 re-routing fee, which we must pass along to you.
Please note: While carriers make every effort to re-route packages, successful delivery to the updated address cannot be guaranteed.
