Wing Foiling Hardware

The mounting plate connects the foil to the board. It must be compatible with the board's mounting system, typically using M8 or M6 bolts. Newer models may feature a detachable carbon fiber base plate for easier transport and setup.

The mast connects the mounting plate to the fuselage. Made predominantly from either carbon or aluminium, masts come in various lengths. Usually, 2 or 3 M6 or M8 bolts fasten the mast to the plate. Moreover, 2 or 3 bolts are needed to attach the Fuselage to the mast.

The fuselage connects the mast to the front and rear wings. Its length influences stability and responsiveness. 2-3 bolt hold the front wing and 2 screws hold the stabilizer in place.
