Appletree Skipper DW Downwind Foiling Package
Introducing the Apple Skipper Down Wind foil board – the ultimate choice for experienced riders looking for a high-performance board in the exciting new sport of foiling!
Carefully crafted with soft edges and a teardrop shape, the Skipper DW offers excellent efficiency and speed through the water. Making it remarkably efficient and easy to get onto foil lift speed.
A must-try adventure
It is truly something you have to experience for yourself. As soon as your paddle hits the water, or your wing catches wind, you feel the acceleration in the board. Before you know it, you reach the speed that your foil starts to engage.
When this happens, the transition from gliding on the board, and actual foiling is hardly noticeable, as the Skipper Down Wind releases from the surface without much drag. The same happens when you touch down, the board just skips back up, without losing speed, so you can keep up with the wave you are riding with ease.
Choppy conditions or open ocean swells
Available in both narrow and wide versions, the Skipper DW is part of the Skipper concept of boards, with 4 boards tuned for the specific needs of each discipline. The wide version is perfect for choppier conditions with lower period swells, while the narrow, longer version is designed for speed and higher period open ocean swells.
Also the Wide version is quite a bit more stable, so more suitable for beginner downwinders. Of course this extra width comes with an efficiency penalty, but it is still very fast.
Down wind and light wind wing foiling
Looking for an ultra light wind winging experience? The Skipper DW is an amazing choice! Especially the smaller sizes and the Wide versions are also great wing boards.
By just changing the board, you can wing in 8-10 knots using a smaller wing and faster High Aspect foil. This means you can hit the water with almost any condition and boost your water time tremendously.
The low drag design of the hull means that you can gain speed and build up the apparent wind until there is enough to engage the foil. Also, when you touchdown you hardly lose speed, so it’s easier to flow through patches of really light wind.
Perfect for experienced riders
While the rounded bottom and narrow outline make the Skipper DW less stable, it’s perfect for experienced riders who want to take their skills to the next level. Upgrade to the Apple Skipper Down Wind foil board today and experience the ultimate ride!

Unifoil Progression Front Wing
The highly successful collaboration between Unifoil Chief Designer Clifford Coetzer and Erik Antonson of The Progression Podcast, has evolved and compounded knowledge from worldwide feedback of the Progression 140 and 170. Cliffy and Erik have drawn upon this deeper knowledge and developed 2 new front wings to broaden options within the amazing Unifoil Progression lineup. We are incredibly stoked to announce the Progression 125 and Progression 200
Tech Specs
- 1 Year warranty on all parts
- Gold standard carbon construction on all wings, mast, and tails
- Modular design. All Unifoil parts fit together. Change wings and masts easily for different conditions
- 100% premium carbon
- Titanium bolts standard
Handling and Performance
- Lowered Stall Speed = More glide time, less cardio, reduced fatigue.
- Stable pitch control = Forgiving and intuitive feel gives you more confidence to push it.
- Direct connection between rider and foil = More control in tip breaches, more reactive, stable in turbulence.
- High Aspect Dihedral = Tighter turns.
What level/conditions/disciplines does it work in?
- For all levels of foiler.
- Across many disciplines: prone, wing, downwind, tow.
- In perfectly groomed offshore waves and onshore slop.
Progression 125
With the 125 Unifoil wanted to explore the progressive attributes of the 140. They realized that the 140 is an incredible foil in up to chest, but that lighter or higher level riders would want something that could push the limits of progression.

Progression 140
Meet your new daily-driver. It won’t just ignite your progression: it’ll put a match under it and blow it sky high. High aspect performance for high-level pros and average Joes.

Progression 170
This foil is a true unicorn that has a super low stall speed with the increased glide and pumpability of a true high aspect, while still turning like a mid aspect surf wing.

Progression 200
With the 200 Unifoil started with the feel and efficiency of the 170, but wanted to create something for smaller energy, downwinding and light wind winging. They optimized the wing for surf feel and glide. It’s a big foil that doesn’t feel like a big foil in turns...

Each model is available in 13” (330mm) and 14” (355mm)
- 13 suits lighter riders and more high-performance riding
- 14 suits heavier riders (80 kg plus) or for increased pumpability
Unifoil designer Clifford Coetzer has come up with a novel approach to stablitizers that lets you find exactly the right feel to suit your riding style.
Using the same cutting-edge stabilizer outline, he has created three very different profiles for back-footed, neutral and front-footed riders. Take the outline that suits you and shim it according to the conditions.

Stingray All Carbon Hex- Adjustable Paddle
Choice of blade size, and adjustable (70"- 78") handle
The Stingray is a revolutionary new shape that will change the paddling world as they know it. The blade is only 10 inches long (25cm) which is half the length of most traditional blades, the reduced blade length reduces the catch and exit time by 100% as it takes half the time. The reduced blade length allows the center of area of the blade to be just 3.5" from the tip of the blade giving it a more distinct snappy catch and release.
This blade has a thin foiled shape that at 12 degree angle to the shaft is designed to have some "winged" effect as you drive it into the water making the blade literally want to go forward as you make the catch giving you extra length on the power phase of the stroke. What is unique about this thin foiled shape is that it performs a similar effect in reverse as the blade starts to exit from the water it wants to thrust forward slightly and efficiently all of the way to the exit.
To maximize the "winged" foil effect of the blade, they developed a special unique all carbon shaft that is tapered on both ends, providing minimal drag below the pulling hand and having a little more flex at the top hand by the handle, while having a slight oval shape where you hold it with the bottom hand.
They created a very comfortable hollow carbon palm grip that comes standard on the Stingray, or you can custom request the carbon T-handle if you prefer.
They believe based on Initial testing of the Stingray that it is so efficient it has increased boat traveling speeds by 1-2%.
