North Vert Prone Foilboard

PRONE FOILBOARD

The Vert is a fast and intuitive dedicated prone board for progressive foil surfers. The lightweight carbon construction makes pumping more efficient and gives the board a lively, dynamic feel. The flatter profile and balanced volume distribution makes it easier to paddle into waves, while the pulled-in tail and slender teardrop outline gives you more control and allows you to lean into tighter turns without catching the rail.

Prone Tech Features:

  • 100% Carbon
  • Slender modern teardrop shape for tighter carves
  • Balanced volume distribution
  • Improved grip when duck-diving
  • Quick, easy take-offs.
  • Square chopped tail
  • Carbon Technology
  • Fast and intuitive dedicated prone board
  • Light and efficient for extended pumping with smaller foils
  • Slender teardrop shape for tighter carves
  • Grab-able rails and balanced volume distribution
  • Strong full carbon shell with structural reinforcement
  • Comfortable max-traction deck pad - no strap inserts
100% Carbon. The lighter the board, the lower the swing weight and the greater the distance you can cover when pumping. This efficiency also allows you to use smaller foils for higher performance.

Slender modern teardrop shape for tighter carves. The reduced tail area enables minimal rail connection through turns and creates a perfect wave fit so that you can lean in and heel over further without the board touching the water and slowing down. The rounded nose and pulled-in tail provide enough width for an offset turning stance.

Balanced volume distribution. They've positioned the volume under your chest to assist paddling into the waves or through the line-up. They’ve balanced this with volume in the tail where the foil attaches to improve touchdown. Also for wake foiling and tow-in foiling (big waves)

Improved grip when duck-diving. This gives you more grip, making it easier to hold on and balance, giving you added stability and control of your board and foil.

Quick, easy take-offs with a square chopped tail.

Unifoil Evolution Front Wing

Includes: Front Wing & Cover

The Evolution series is Unifoil’s newest design innovation for those who love the easy ride, pump, and flow of the Progression line but want to push performance even further. More Speed. More Power. More Glide.

Foildrive Compatibility
The Evolutions also pair perfectly with Foil Drive—using roughly 10% less throttle than similar-sized Progressions, giving you longer rides with less effort and improved battery efficiency.

Breaches & Transitions

The Evolution Wings handle breaches with ease. If you’re pushing hard and breach the wing, these foils will seamlessly transition back into the water. Using similar spans to the Progression series but with a slightly higher aspect ratio, the Evolutions bring more glide, increasing efficiency and extending ride time. You’ll also enjoy a higher top-end and better average speed compared to a similar sized Progression wing.

Enhanced Control
Evolutions have a slimmer foil section while maintaining a low pitching moment, keeping the foil pitch-neutral longer through the speed range. This means that as you accelerate, you won’t feel a nose-down pull, making for smoother, more predictable transitions in drops, carves, and on steep faces. Carves on the Evolutions allow for more drive and aggressive maneuvers, greatly diminishing moments of excessive lift. In addition, the Evolution design allows for a narrower stance while maintaining a very balanced feel, giving riders more agility and control without sacrificing stability. This results in even tighter, more responsive turns and greater confidence in dynamic conditions.

Why Does That Matter?
A narrower stance gives you more agility and freedom of movement. You can shift your weight quicker and more easily. A tighter stance also allows the hips a greater range of motion, making your carves tighter and more responsive while reducing strain on your knees. Finally, a narrow stance is less fatiguing, allowing for longer distances to be covered and maintaining fresher legs.

Precision & Performance
The 135 Evolution is perfect for those downsizing from the 140 Progression. You trade a bit of low-end lift but gain a faster, more responsive ride.

The 155 Evolution is ideal for riders coming from the 170 Progression. The low-end lift is wild and it absolutely shines in downwind conditions, gliding effortlessly over flat spots.

Downwinding & Winging
Downwinders and Wingers will love the increased speed, with enough low end to get up and going and a buttery efficient top-end. This makes the Evolutions a fantastic choice for maximizing performance and conserving energy in varied conditions.

What About Pump Foiling?
The Evolutions offer good pump efficiency, but these foils are built more for glide, carving, and speed. For dedicated pump foilers, the Progressions still lead in pure pump efficiency, especially in flat water or very small conditions. However, for those seeking a balance of pumpability with improved top speed and turning performance, the Evolutions deliver.

Evolution 115

  • The Evolution 115 is the fastest moving, tightest turning wing in the Evolution series. Compact yet powerful, the 115 has a remarkable speed range. This wing's low end is surprisingly forgiving and can remain on foil at much slower speeds than expected for a wing its size. While riding at top speeds it remains stable, and the ability to maintain glide and momentum is where the cult following of this foil may ignite. The Evolution 115 is engineered to push the boundaries of what’s possible of a small wing and perfectly blends the coveted pump and glide of a high aspect wing while simultaneously delivering a confident carve and controlled feel of a medium aspect wing.

Built in high-modulus carbon construction, the Evolution 115 boasts a sleek, slim profile for minimal drag and maximum efficiency. Its refined design allows for seamless transitions, responsive carving, and impressive top-end speed. Whether you’re carving hard turns, charging downwinders, or top speed winging, this foil is your ultimate companion for high-performance foiling.

6' Double Coil 5.5 mm available in
BLACK, NEON GREEN & ORANGE!

Kāohi Double Coil 5.5 mm Leash is perfect for fast foiling action and maximum agility.

At 5.5 mm, it is lightweight, minimizing drag, and yet very durable, to stand up to intense shredding. The 5.5 mm Double Coil is well suited for use on smaller boards, so it is a favorite of hot-dogging prone foilers, but anything goes in foiling.

For use with your BOARD, choose either an Ankle or Calf cuff with a 6 foot length. These short lengths of our double-coil design keep the leash free from snagging on your mast.

For Wing Boards, in heavier conditions, consider an 8mm version.

Double Coil Advantage:

  • Reduces kinking and tangling up on itself, often a problem with standard coil leashes
  • Creates less drag by keeping your leash out of the water
  • Provides Wing Foilers control of their Wing without tangles, using either Wrist cuff or an Ankle cuff worn on the wrist
  • Reduces frustration, so you enjoy your time on the water
  • Offers comfort and durability, due to high quality, heavy duty construction
  • Designed specifically for Foiling; US patent pending

Evolution 175

The Evolution 175 is the delineating wing in Evolution series. Sharing the same characteristics as the smaller Evolutions, the 175 begins to lean harder into efficiency, glide, and pump range over tight carves and radical maneuvers. Carves are a bit more drawn out on the 175 as compared to the Evolution 155, however still surprisingly maneuverable at its size.

This wing thrives in knee to chest high waves and down wind bumps. The low end allows the rider to harness minimal energy and maintain flight at slow speeds. This forgiving low end glide allows flight on even the smallest days. The heightened efficiency translates to a low-energy output ride, extending the riding and pumping range and can bide time to search for additional waves and downwind swells.

Designed to master both glide and carve, the Evolution 175 delivers high-aspect performance with a controlled carve. Whether you're connecting waves, chasing bumps downwind, or pushing your limits winging, this foil is ready to perform at the highest level.

Best Use Cases

  • Prone Surfing: Knee to chest high waves, ideal for connecting multiple waves and long ride times.
  • DownwindingExcels in low winds, small bumps and easy popups.
  • Winging: Performs best in lower winds with easy pop ups.
  • Wake Foiling: Perfect for 2nd to 4th wake, providing excellent glide and effortless transitions.
  • Pump Foiling / Dock Starts: Achievable at low speeds and short runways.

Kaohi Board Leash - Double Coil 5.5mm

4 feet Ankle Leash

Kāohi  means control. Kāohi Double Coil 5.5 mm Leash works for Boards and Winging
