2025 Jersey Shore Wind & Waves Expo Delivered it All !
What an incredible weekend we just experienced at the Jersey Shore Wind & Waves Expo! Perfect conditions offered up an amazing combination of wind, waves, sunshine, and most importantly—a fantastic turnout from our wonderful community.
Friday: A Gentle Start
We kicked off the weekend at Monmouth Beach with ideal conditions for foil enthusiasts. Participants enjoyed testing the latest foil assist systems like the Manta foil and Foil Drive equipment in smooth, gentle waves—the perfect introduction to what would become an action-packed weekend.
Saturday: The Magic Began
As the sun broke through over Monmouth Beach, a light breeze welcomed early riders. We had kids flying trainer kites and parawings, then Flysurfer foil kites led the charge, soon followed by all the other brands dominating the water. The beach transformed into a showcase of the industry's finest with Lift Efoils, Foil Drive, F-One, Core, Duotone, Eleveight, North, Cabrinha, Slingshot, AFS, and Flysurfer all offering demos and displays.
The tech talks proved informative and engaging, while the competitions brought out everyone's competitive spirit! Each brand generously contributed prizes for their giveaways, ranging from swag to over $1,000 in gift cards. North's bar juggling competition had everyone mesmerized, Core had a kite folding contest where the fastest neatest fold won while Duotone's pumping contest culminated in an explosive final round—competitors racing to inflate a massive13m bladder until it exploded!
Sunday: Wind Warriors at Sandy Hook
When wind conditions suggested a location change, we transitioned to Sandy Hook—and what a decision that was! The wind delivered beyond our expectations, creating perfect conditions for all riders.
Kite Beach became home to an impressive lineup of brands: Core, Duotone, Cabrinha, Eleveight, F-One, and North kites. Riders had the rare opportunity to test cutting-edge equipment including the new Core Pace Exo Tex2, Duotone Rebel D/Lab, F-One Trigger by Brainchild, Eleveight RS Pro, the freshly released North Orbit, the nibble Slingshot Code NXT and the Cabrinha Nitro APEX.
Meanwhile, the Lot C beach buzzed with wing, parawing and efoil enthusiasts! North, AFS, Duotone, Flysurfer, and Lift showcased their latest innovations. The highly anticipated parawings made their grand appearance—with the Flysurfer POW, North Ranger, and Duotone Stash all drawing crowds of intrigued riders.
We wrapped up our incredible weekend at Lot B with the much-anticipated raffle drawing, where more lucky participants walked away with $500 gift certificates from their favorite brands.
