HYBRID-SHAPE
This board is a shortboard and fish outline hybrid with a wide middle and lots of volume in the front area. This ensures good gliding properties and extremely good tipping stability. The mini swallow tail ensures consistent behavior in wide turns and the possibility of making tight turns even in smaller waves.
TUCKED-UNDER-RAILS
The hand-shaped rails features a progressively tucked-under step, enhancing agility and providing ideal conditions for dynamic rail-to-rail surfing.
PROGRESSIVE ROCKER
The Ripper has a three-stage progressive rocker with a flat center section - ideal for bottom turns with maximum speed and perfect precision over the tail when the board is pushed into the corner.
MONO CONCAVE HULL
The underbody of the Ripper is adorned with a subtle Mono concave, which ensures strong gliding properties and maximum guidance in turns.
CLASSIC. DYNAMIC. ROBUST.
Professional surfers swear by this design: a PU core, enclosed by a laminate made of fiberglass and epoxy. It stands for a dynamic experience with pronounced flex values and pleasant smoothness. Core's multilayer fiberglass laminated is processed with high-performance resin, which promises perfectly shaped rails and a classic surf feeling.
DOUBLE STRINGER
A wooden stringer runs along the central axis in the core, which takes over flex control in the longitudinal direction and gives the Ripper its unique driving experience. A second, overlying wooden stringer accommodates the inserts for the foot straps.
CARBON REINFORCED TAIL
The tail patch has been reduced in size on all models, making the board lighter and maintaining a good flex in the tail. The important parts remain perfectly reinforced.
STRAP-READY (straps sold separately)
Thanks to the V4A stainless steel inserts laminated into the deck, you are free to decide whether you want to ride your Ripper with or without straps.
THRUSTER FIN SETUP
Thruster setups stand for high agility and allow for tight turns. In addition, they detach easier from the water during radical maneuvers on the wave lip than quad setups.
ORIGINAL FCS II FIN SYSTEM
The FCS-II system allows the fins to be changed within a few seconds - without the need for tools. Of course, older generations of FCS fins can also be mounted with a grub screw.

You can equip the Ripper with your own FCS fins, or choose from the four sets Core recommends, which differ in terms of construction and performance.
CORE STRAPS
The Ripper comes without foot straps but offers the option to mount two Core straps on the deck.
