The 2015 Cabrinha Contra is an SLE type kite and it’s the model’s fifth generation of highly-refined kites that raises the bar when it comes to light wind kiting. It is designed primarily to get the absolute best performance during light wind conditions. It is made to provide the needed speed and agility that comes from small kites and the pull power of big kites.

WHAT’S NEW FOR 2015 CABRINHA CONTRA?

Unlike most generic sailcloths used in kites today, the materials used on the Cabrinha Contra have been specifically developed for high performance kiteboarding. It features a new 2DR Double Rip Stop material that produces a kite canopy that is light in weight yet very durable with low stretch properties. This means that this kite has the ability to stay in the intended shape added with ultra-reactive input.

It also utilizes the Sprint inflation system which quickly inflates the kite by using 1 inflation point to connect to the two way high volume Cabrinha pump. As the kite is pumped with air, all struts and leading edge quickly and simultaneously inflate to the needed pressure.
