Shipping & Returns

• New, in-stock items are shipped within 1 business day
• Used / demo and some water-wear items are shipped within 5 business days (depending on their location). Please call us for additional info on a specific used or water-wear item.
• Out of stock items are drop shipped by a distributor, shipping times vary but normally do not take more than 5 business days domestically.
• Tracking number is emailed as soon as the item ships

• Free domestic shipping via UPS Ground or US Post Priority service is available on all packages which contain over $200 of new gear (non used, non clearance). To use domestic free shipping, simply enter "freeshipping"coupon code during checkout. Free shipping coupon can not be combined with any other coupons. If free shipping is activated, the order will be shipped via UPS Ground or US Post Priority (for packages <7lb) only, even if another shipping service has been chosen. Do not use this coupon if you would like your order to be shipped via any other service.
• UPS 3 day, 2 day, and Next day air services as well as US Post Priority and Express services are available at extra cost.
• Shipping to PO Boxes can only be done via US Post and therefore is not eligible for free shipping. We can wave this rule for larger orders.
• All orders with non matching billing and shipping addresses will require a valid phone number for voice verification. Larger orders may require shipping address or identity verification (copy of driver's license, bill, etc.)
• Please check the UPS Ground map* for regular shipping times of in-stock orders

• All international orders will require a valid telephone number for voice confirmation. For security reasons, in some cases (especially for larger orders), we may require scanned copies of documents to validate buyer's identity.
• Free international shipping via US Post Express service (Priority will be used for countries where Express is not possible) is available on all packages under proper size and weight limitations** and which contain over $1000 of new gear (non used, non sale/clearance). To use international free shipping, simply enter "freeshippingintl" coupon code during checkout. Free shipping coupon can not be combined with any other coupons.
• For international orders which do not qualify for free shipping, in addition to the US Post Express, we offer US Post Priority service. This service is a bit cheaper than Express; however, it does not come with tracking and is much less dependable. We highly recommend US Post Express service for all international orders. If you still choose to go with US Post Priority, please take note that if the package gets lost, we can not claim any kind of insurance for up to 3 months.
• Due to US Post's limitations on size and weight of packages**, we will be unable to ship certain items to certain destinations
• Buyer is responsible for all foreign taxes and customs duties. GreenHatKiteboarding.com assumes no responsibility for any extra charges that may occur due to foreign taxes or customs duties. 
• Free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be via UPS Ground with other UPS shipping services available for extra cost

** US Post International shipping limitations:
weight has to be less than 70 lb (pounds)
length has to be less than 60 inches for all countries listed below
length has to be less than 42 inches for all other countries
girth has to be less than 108 inches for the countries listed below
girth has to be less than 79 inches for all other countries

girth = length + 2 * (width + height)

• Returns are accepted for brand new merchandise in unused condition only within 30 days of receipt. 
• There are no returns on used merchandise.  
• Please email or call us prior to mailing. Shipments without notification will not be accepted.
• Original invoice must accompany all returns.
