F-One Alu Fuselage Surf

• The F-One Alu Fuselage Surf provides an ultra-rigid wing connection. Built in aluminum, it is very strong and allows the suitable front wings and stabilizers to be connected effortlessly.

This fuselage connects directly to F-ONE aluminum masts. It is made of superior-grade aluminum 6061, CNC machined with high precision and fully anodized. The aluminum profiles make the most of this homogeneous material to offer perfect rigidity, both in torsion and in bending.

This fuselage is supplied with the necessary screws to connect the mast (2x M6-25mm) and the stabilizer (2x M6-15mm).

You cannot use a carbon mast on this fuselage.

Technology

Aluminum 6063 & 606

This aluminum alloy boasts some very good mechanical properties and can be processed in many different ways while also offering a natural resistance to corrosion. 

Produced from an extrusion process, F-One's aluminum profiles make the most of this homogeneous material to provide perfect stiffness both in torsion and bending. All areas in contact with other metals or carbon parts are duly isolated against galvanic reactions.

Machining blocks of aluminium 6061 guarantees the maximum accuracy and preserves the mechanical properties of this higher grade of aluminium. All parts are fully anodized and stainless steel inserts are fitted with isolating gel when fastening is required.
